Restore Purchases
Restore your Cap That Pro purchase on a new device or after reinstalling the app.
Purchases made in Cap That (including Cap That Pro) are tied to your Apple ID or Google account. You can restore them at any time — no receipt needed — as long as you're signed in to the same store account you originally bought with.
Restore on iPhone / iPad
- Open the Cap That app.
- Go to Settings (from the home screen).
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- If prompted, sign in with the Apple ID used to make the purchase.
- Your Pro status should appear within a few seconds.
Restore on Android
- Open the Cap That app.
- Go to Settings (from the home screen).
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Make sure you're signed in to the Google account used to make the purchase.
- Your Pro status should appear within a few seconds.
Family Sharing
Cap That Pro is eligible for Apple Family Sharing and Google Play Family Library where supported. Family members can restore using the steps above, using their own Apple ID or Google account.
Restore not working?
If your purchase doesn't restore, check the following:
- You're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
- You have an active internet connection.
- The original purchase was completed successfully (check your email for a receipt from Apple or Google).
